New Patient Information

At Paschen Orthodontics, we are always excited about meeting new patients during their first visit to our office. Your initial appointment is complimentary, and will consist of a thorough examination by Dr. Paschen, and a discussion of potential treatment options, if any are necessary.

We will discuss the following questions:

  • Is there a condition that orthodontics can address?
  • Is treatment needed now or should treatment be delayed until other factors occur?
  • What treatment procedure options are there to correct the problem?
  • How long will treatment take?

At your initial appointment, we will take diagnostic records consisting of x-rays, photos, and impressions for study models at no cost to you. After careful diagnostic analysis by Dr. Paschen, we will discuss any treatment that may be needed, as well as the investment involved and our flexible payment options.

Appointments

We realize that occasionally you may overlook an appointment or need to change an appointment time. When this happens we will do our best to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible; however, our appointment times fill up fast. It is very important to try and keep your regularly scheduled appointments, since missed appointments or numerous appointment changes will only delay and extend your treatment time.

Insurance

We accept most major insurances. We are committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits, so we ask that you bring your insurance card to your initial appointment so that benefits can be verified. At that time we will be able to give you an estimate of what your insurance will cover.

Payment

For your convenience, our office accepts cash, Visa, Discover & MasterCard.

Affordable Payment Plans

Our office is also proud to offer flexible 0% interest in-house payment plans, as well as affordable third-party financing options, including CareCredit.
