At your complimentary orthodontic screening, we will determine the need for orthodontics and evaluate readiness for treatment. Our screenings include a complimentary panoramic film to assess development of primary and permanent teeth.
Our goal is to identify potential problems with tooth positioning, jaw relationships, oral ties, and muscle function. We can educate you on these findings and determine the appropriate next steps. This might include complimentary growth and development recalls, evaluation by other specialists (ie: ENT, myofunctional therapy) or proceeding to orthodontic records and treatment planning. Our screening provides insight into treatment timing and options to suit your needs. If treatment is indicated, a complete treatment plan will be presented after obtaining full orthodontic records and completing an integrative orthodontic analysis.
